  2. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  3. 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  4. 4 green shallots, ends trimmed, thinly sliced

The instruction how to make Garlicky squash

  1. Cook the squash in a large saucepan of boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
  2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add the squash and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until hot. Add the shallot and cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until combined. Transfer into a serving bowl.
