  1. 1 chamomile tea bag
  2. 1/2 cup (125ml) low-fat or soy milk
  3. 1 peach, skin, stone removed
  4. 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  5. 1-2 teaspoons of wheat germ (optional)

  1. Place tea bag in a cup, cover with 1/3 cup (80ml) of boiling water. Cool, remove bag and place tea in blender with remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth consistency.
