The ingredient of Chamomile, peach and ginger smoothie
- 1 chamomile tea bag
- 1/2 cup (125ml) low-fat or soy milk
- 1 peach, skin, stone removed
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1-2 teaspoons of wheat germ (optional)

- Place tea bag in a cup, cover with 1/3 cup (80ml) of boiling water. Cool, remove bag and place tea in blender with remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth consistency.
