- 2 green tea bags
- 6 cardamom pods
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 3 teaspoons of white sugar
- 1/2 cup soy milk
The instruction how to make Green chai
- Empty the contents of tea bags in the saucepan. Add the cardamom, the cinnamon, the cloves, the sugar and 1 1/2 cups of cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer, stirring, for 5 minutes or until fragrant.
- Add the soy milk. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until warm. Pour into 2 glasses, heat-resistant or cups. To serve.
